Scientific Research Society “Josif Pančić” is a non-governmental, non-profit organization at the Department of Biology and Ecology of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Novi Sad.

The main goals of NIDSBA “Josif Pančić” are to encourage, gather and organize young people to engage in scientific research in the field of biology and ecology, conduct active nature protection, encourage young people to publish the results of scientific research activities in accordance with law, and exchange experience in conducting these activities with other associations.

The association publishes “Terenac”, a magazine dedicated to nature protection
